This cap comes from The Golden Age, the label's third collection and its Fall/Winter '24 chapter. The crown carries the collection name in arched serif embroidery over a small gold crest, flanked by 24 and 25 — the season it belonged to, stitched in so it can't be mistaken for anything else. FIVEFOURFIVE sits underneath in narrow caps. The oval FFF mark rides one side panel; the other carries the brand's own line in script, small enough that you have to be close to read it: Italian lifestyle company. Not only a brand but a way of living.
The washed black twill has been faded unevenly and the brim edge frayed on purpose — the wear built in rather than earned. Unstructured six-panel, low crown, adjustable strap with a brushed metal buckle. It sits soft from the first day.
