Shipping
All orders ship from Portland, Oregon. We process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Domestic (United States)
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150.
International
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination, generally 10–21 business days.

Returns
All sales are final, except for Clothing. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing.
Clothing (Garments)
We understand fit can be unpredictable. Clothing items may be returned for store credit only. The item must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and the return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Email us at hello@shop-sabi.com with your order number to start the process.
No refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit does not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
