Shipping policy

All orders ship from Portland, Oregon. We process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

International

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Responsibility in Transit

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. We're not able to control or guarantee carrier timelines, and tracking is the best source of truth once a label is scanned.

If a package is marked delivered but you can't locate it, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office first — most "lost" packages surface within a few days. If it doesn't, email us at hello@shop-sabi.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered, no movement for an extended period), we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, generally up to $100 in product value. This is a goodwill gesture, not a guarantee.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address provided on the order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
