Northwest Portland has long been a place we climb and gather. Tomo Bouldering Club is a community-forward gym with intention in every hold and every corner, and a clear place to learn to boulder.

Find it, and the rest of the city we keep returning to, on sabi's Portland list.

The space and the light

Natural light pours across the walls and mats. Climbing here feels open and calm, morning or evening.

Designed with intention

Every hold, every wall angle, and every detail of the room has been thought through. The craft shows in how good the problems feel to climb.

Learning to boulder here

The day pass includes rental gear and classes, so a first visit needs nothing but comfortable clothes. Staff are friendly and quick to help a beginner find the right first problems.

Community

Community events are part of the membership and the day pass. Regulars cheer on newcomers, and the gym feels like a neighborhood living room.
